Flow Jam (previously Hoopgasm) started as a hoop jam and blossomed into a community dance gathering to journey into deeper states of being, or flow. All forms of movement and flow toys are welcome. The jam session is offered as a freestyle session so that you may become self-enlightened through uninhibited and totally inspired movement, inducing unlimited breakthroughs, sweat-drenching dance and elevated states of well-being.

Unique from our step-by-step instructional hoopdance courses, Flow Jams are self guided, it is a no-instruction-all-movement-embraced jam session to unleash your organic flow, inner visions and personal style for entering subsequent levels of transcendance.
