Sunset Sessions: In warmer seasons we take hoopjams outside! These gatherings tend to be longer and with guest DJ appearances when available.

Hoopgasm is a community oriented dance activation journey to deeper states of hooping. Bringing in elements of our Hoop in Expansion series, a multidimensional jam session is created exploding in unlimited breakthroughs, sweat-drenching dance and elevated states of well-being.

Unique from our step-by-step instructional courses, Hoopgasm is a guided, freestyle jam session to unleash organic flow, inner visions and personal style for creating subsequent levels of transcendance. In-depth guidance, space, sounds & sweets will be provided. Proficient in Level 1 HIE or possessing the equivalent in skill and/or comfort level in beneficial but not mandatory. This gathering lasts 90 minutes. Please contact us in advance if you need a hoop.
