The purpose of the Hoop in Expansion modality is to guide the self back to Its own source of powerful innate abilities while discovering new tools that are empowering, simply by getting back in touch with the creative force within. Instead of looking outside ourselves to feel good, the hoop playfully empowers to be self-sufficient providers of joy through feeling excited about our well-being.
